In my teens I was into gym and fitness but stopped working out due to injury. Now I'm 35 and two weeks into fitness again. I haven't joined a gym yet, as I've decided to ease in slowly to avoid injury. I'm jogging, and workout out at home with dumbells and bodyweight excercises. 1 week ago I used the machine at boots pharmacy to check my body stats. I was 71kg, BMI of 22.8, height 175cm, body fat of 10kg / 14%. I'm a male. I did feel a bit flabby around my belly and wanted to lose the fat before starting an serious workout regime. I immediately cut my daily calorie intake to between 1200 - 1600 calories. process the raw data generated by data silos and convert them into understandable terms such as statistics. I've been eating Eggs, vegetables, tuna, chicken, Continued jogging, weights daily and checked again yesterday, I'm down to 69kg, BMI - 22.5, body fat of 8kg / 11.2%.
