Hi, 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk OR if you are eating dairy - scant 3/4 cup of water with a splash of heavy cream and vanilla extract added Put the following into a blender: 1/4 cup of raw walnuts 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut 1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp chia seeds pinch of sea salt optional (1/2 tsp cinnamon) Pulse once or twice to chop up, then when liquid mixture is about boiling, turn on the blender, and slowly drizzle in the almond milk or water, until all is combined and it's smooth like the old cream of wheat hot cereal Put in a cereal bowl and let sit for 5 minutes, then top with your favorite sweetener. I like brown sugar twin and Joseph's Sugar free Maple Syrup. For More Details Case study example

Hi, 1/2 Can corned beef Same amount of cooked cauliflower Fry the beef in your pan, once some fat melts down add the cauliflower until crispy. I actually had to add some olive oil to the cauliflower which surprised me but it was really, really good. I threw some eggs together quick and put them on top of the cooked hash, it was delicious. Small batch: 2 eggs, 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter or oil whisk all together, heat pan, lightly butter, pour in small amounts so crepes are thin, whirl them around sop they cover the bottom of an 8" pan cook till brown on one side about 2 minutes or so, then flip and do the same, roll em up and eat em!!! or as i do sprinkle with cinnamon and fake sugar for a real treat, maybe even some Atkins pancake sauce !!! carb count for above recipe eggs 0.6g each, cream 35% 0.5 tbsp, and whatever else u put on them, i had a whole satisfying meal (doubled the recipe) for around 3.8g carbs total, my eggs listed 0g for carbs .
