Hi, 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk OR if you are eating dairy - scant 3/4 cup of water with a splash of heavy cream and vanilla extract added Put the following into a blender: 1/4 cup of raw walnuts 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut 1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds 1 Tbsp chia seeds pinch of sea salt optional (1/2 tsp cinnamon) Pulse once or twice to chop up, then when liquid mixture is about boiling, turn on the blender, and slowly drizzle in the almond milk or water, until all is combined and it's smooth like the old cream of wheat hot cereal Put in a cereal bowl and let sit for 5 minutes, then top with your favorite sweetener.
