I came in for left shoulder pain, right hip pain, sciatic pain, and left foot pain. Sarah was very knowledgeable, and tailored the massage to my specific needs. It was very different from other "cookie cutter" massages I have had in the past, that were very basic. I lift weights, and Sarah did some athletic taping, which I have seen done on athletes. I am a licensed Massage Therapist with a background in Occupational Therapy. I have been working with human bodies since I was in high school, and I can't imagine doing anything else! Plus, short of being a yoga teacher, what other career can I wear yoga pants to work in?
